I’m a Japanese-Chinese culture writer.
I am now freelancing based out of New York while studying at NYU’s MA Program in Magazine and Digital Storytelling. My writing has appeared in YOKOGAO magazine and Elephant magazine, among other publications.
I'm interested in covering stories about art, fashion, and youth culture through the narratives of people with whom I share similar backgrounds (like being a third culture kid, bi-cultural) or experiences I can personally resonate with (like being an immigrant/abroad student).
I want to amplify voices that still remain largely unknown to many.
I also have a deep interest in architecture and zines.
